Red, White & Boozy Cupcakes

Baileys infused, red velvet, mini cupcakes!


  • 60 mini red velvet cupcakes (1 box of red velvet cake mix)
  • 3 containers of cream cheese frosting (16 ounce each)
  • 1 cup Baileys Red Velvet
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)


  1. Bake the mini cupcakes and let them cool.
  2. Core each cupcake.
  3. To make the filling: Add 1 container of cream cheese frosting and 1 cup of Baileys Red Velvet to a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fill each cupcake with the Baileys infused filling.
  5. Mix some of the frosting with food coloring to make the red and blue frosting for your flag! (optional)
  6. Frost and decorate your cupcakes!
