Baileys infused, red velvet, mini cupcakes!
- 60 mini red velvet cupcakes (1 box of red velvet cake mix)
- 3 containers of cream cheese frosting (16 ounce each)
- 1 cup Baileys Red Velvet
- Food coloring (optional)
- Sprinkles (optional)
- Bake the mini cupcakes and let them cool.
- Core each cupcake.
- To make the filling: Add 1 container of cream cheese frosting and 1 cup of Baileys Red Velvet to a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fill each cupcake with the Baileys infused filling.
- Mix some of the frosting with food coloring to make the red and blue frosting for your flag! (optional)
- Frost and decorate your cupcakes!
