The Piña Rica is a modern take on the classic Piña Colada.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce REÀL Ingredient’s creme of coconut syrup
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1 ounce dark rum
Instructions
- Add ice to a shaker tin
- Pour 2 ounces of pineapple juice
- Pour 1 ounce of cream of coconut
- Pour 1 once ounce of coconut rum
- Shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into your serving glass over crushed iced.
- Float 1 ounce of dark rum on top.
- Garnish with pineapple leaves and a pineapple peel.
