Ingredients
- 2 ounces rum
- 2 ounces coconut cream
- 1 ½ ounce pineapple juice
- ½ ounce lime juice
- pineapple wedge garnish
- cherry garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, pour 2 oz White rum
- Pour 2 oz Cream of coconut
- 1½ oz Pineapple juice
- Add ice to the blender. The liquid ingredients should sit about an inch below the ice.
- Blend until smooth, then pour into a hurricane glass
- Garnish with the Pineapple leaf, pineapple wedge, and cherry
