The Jalisco Sunset is a sour, herbaceous cocktail served in a coupe glass with a sophisticated, skewered cantaloupe and rosemary garnish. Crafted by Amanda Swanson.
Ingredients

- 1½ ounce Hiatus Blanco
- ½ ounce Aperol
- ½ ounce agave syrup
- 2½ ounces fresh lime juice
- 4 pieces of 1 inch fresh cantaloupe (cubed or balled)
- 1 sprig rosemary
Instructions
1. Muddle together cantaloupe, rosemary, and agave.
2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously.
4. Fine strain into coupe glass.
5. Garnish with rosemary sprig and/or skewered cantaloupe pieces.
